All abstract submissions and venture pitch summaries undergo rapid double-blind review by our domain review board and tech transfer mentors within 3 to 5 working days of submission.

No. Abstract and pitch summary submissions are completely free. You only pay the registration fee after your contribution is accepted and you confirm your presentation slot.

Yes. All accepted and registered research papers will be published in the official conference proceedings volume with an International Standard Book Number (ISBN). Selected high-impact papers will be recommended for partner Scopus/WoS indexed journals.

Absolutely. Tracks 1, 2, and 5 include dedicated DeepTech Pitch Arena slots where selected founders pitch directly to our syndicate of 50+ deep-tech venture capitalists and angel investors.
