Contribution Types

Eligible Submission Formats

SVRIDS 2027 welcomes three distinct formats catering to researchers, founders, and tech transfer professionals.

1. Research Paper Track

Original academic papers detailing experimental discoveries, theoretical frameworks, or empirical techno-economic analyses. Published in ISBN proceedings.

  • 250–500 word abstract initially
  • Full manuscript 6–10 pages for proceedings
  • Blind peer-review by academic domain chairs

2. Startup Pitch Deck Track

Executive pitch summaries and 10–12 slide pitch decks from laboratory spinouts or deep-tech founders seeking venture capital and pilot partners.

  • Executive summary (300 words)
  • PDF pitch deck upload
  • Evaluated by active venture capitalists

3. Tech Transfer Whitepapers

Case studies and policy whitepapers from university TTO directors, legal counsels, and incubators sharing institutional commercialization models.

  • Abstract & institutional summary
  • Full whitepaper 4–8 pages
  • Featured in SVRIDS TTO Best Practice Digest

Evaluation Standards & Rapid Quality Review
